WOOL SKIRT HALE

The HALE wool skirt from the ROOTS anniversary collection, co-created with Beata Bojda, blends ethnic style with a country look. Made from soft woolen knit with a felted texture, it features a classic check pattern in a contrasting color. The A-line model has vertical seams and an asymmetrical front hem. The skirt includes decorative leather fringes at the front and bottom, also in a contrasting color. It falls just above the knee, with a slightly longer element in the front, fastens with a zipper, and has a viscose lining. An additional embellishment is an inner leather patch with the graphic motif of the ROOTS collection.

WOOL IS AN UNIQUE RAW MATERIAL AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SO

BEFORE FIRST USE

• We recommend that you shake your product (preferably outside) to remove any loose wool hairs.
• the smell of wool is proof of its naturalness, but if it is too intense for you, you can air or wash your product first
• the surface structure of the product changes over time to become more "baranized" and this is a completely natural process

CLEANING/REFRESHING/PILING

Wool does not like washing too often, so spot cleaning is best:

• Absorb a fresh stain with a paper towel
• a slightly older stain or a larger surface, e.g. cuffs, should be washed in spots
• Refresh your product by airing and shaking it, and in winter even freezing it
• clumping of wool fibers into balls called peeling is a natural process characteristic of every wool product
• in the case of Alwero products, i.e. with longer hair, it is enough to remove them by tearing them off with your fingers

WASHING

• for this activity, all you need is a washing machine with a wool program and a detergent dedicated to wool, but we recommend adding fabric softener to the rinse.
• It is important to wash the product separately and not to combine it with other clothes
• After removing the product, shake it off on all sides, shape it and dry it naturally, i.e. without using a dryer, do not place it directly on a radiator or expose it to strong sunlight.
• After drying, it is best to shake the product off again and remove any peeling

If the above actions seem too complicated or risky, take your product to a professional cleaner. We also recommend using the services of professionals in the case of large sizes.
